Our Approach

When we set out to design our bedding line we desired more than an aesthetic, a trend, or a theme. We wanted to meet the developmental needs of infants and young children: a serene sleep environment, soothing textures, consistency of surroundings, and a space to show-off their personalities and ever-changing interests as they grow.

We began with the sleep environment. Not content with just eliminating the stimulation, we replaced the traditional bumper! Our firm, but plush and inviting Crib Cozies are the ultimate replacement for floppy, sloppy bumpers. Designed with your child’s comfort in mind we have provided an environment ideal for infants to wind down and drift off to sleep. Cozies provide a visually restful and sensory soothing bedtime experience. Our Cozies live beyond the crib, too, as tummy-time enhancement, imaginary play props and bed bolsters.

Next, we addressed the color palette. We wanted it to represent what we call “the colors of childhood” – the broad range of hues that come to be part of every child’s life. Our exclusive striped fabric has more than 30 carefully selected colors and coordinates with just about everything, allowing children to personalize even in shared spaces.

Still working towards providing continuity, we designed our bed skirt to expand from crib size to fit twin or full sized beds by simply unzipping a zipper. This grow-up feature allows the sameness children crave at the time they typically transition from crib to bed. (Not to mention economic value for parents).
